Saisangeeth Daswani founded Threading Forward after more than 17 years leading business strategy and development across the Fashion, Beauty, Luxury, Lifestyle, and Retail sectors in the U.S., Asia, and Europe.
Saisangeeth began her career in Luxury, working across branding and planning roles at Donna Karan, Fresh Beauty, Derek Lam and Chloé. Her curiosity about the forces behind what people buy and why they buy it led her into trend forecasting. As Head of Fashion & Beauty at Stylus, Saisangeeth helped brands interpret cultural and consumer shifts, translating insight into strategy and product direction.
Turning insight into action, Saisangeeth moved into innovation and strategy, shifting from forecasting what’s next to building it. She now guide brands in staying forward-focused, moving beyond legacy models, and embracing new opportunities through circularity, resale, and emerging technologies such as AI to drive meaningful and measurable growth.

Saisangeeth has had the privilege of partnering with brands including H&M, Estée Lauder, L’Oréal, Disney, Gap, and Levi’s. Highlights include helping a UK beauty brand achieve a six-fold increase in product engagement and double-digit revenue growth in China, and leading the launch of a global fashion retailer’s resale concept across online and in-store channels in key markets worldwide.
A frequent industry speaker, Saisangeeth has shared her insights at international events including Retail Expo, Retail Asia Expo, Fashion Access, APLF Hong Kong, Decoded Fashion & Beauty, MICAM Shanghai, and the Marketing Evolution Summit.
